For your convenience, the border between the frames can be adjusted. Place your mouse pointer over the border. When you see the arrow change into two parallel lines with an arrow on each side, click and drag the border in either direction.

The task bar on the bottom of your screen will show a button you can click to get back to the other window, or hold down the "Alt" key and tap the "Tab" key to toggle between the two screens.
